HALL OF HEROES POLICIES
When purchasing tickets to any HALL OF HEROES, LLC event, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Ticket Policy
All ticket sales are final. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable.
Tickets purchased from anywhere but our official ticket sales page may not be honored. HALL of HEROES cannot guarantee the authenticity of tickets that are bought third-party and not in your name. They may be counterfeit or a code that has been resold more than once and will not be honored at the door.
ONLY buy your ticket(s) from the link on our website. All posts and comments to social media attempting to resell tickets will be deleted. If you would like to purchase tickets for HALL of HEROES shows, please do so HERE.
Your badge or wristband must be worn at all times while attending HALL of HEROES. All attendees under 7 are free but must go to the ticket/will call booth with their parent or guardian to acquire a wristband. All attendees under the age of 7 must have a valid badge or wristband during the event. anyone trying to enter the event without a ticket or badge or attempting to assist someone to enter illegally will be detained until a law enforcement agent is summoned and charges will be brought against the violator(s)
Bags and backpacks are allowed but are subject to a bag check at the discretion of HALL of HEROES staff and security.
Be good to people, don't be a jerk, we're all here to have a good time and no one should be allowed to spoil the fun for someone else. HALL of HEROES staff has the right (and responsibility) to ask you to leave if you are not treating those around you respectfully.
Zero Tolerance for Harassment and Bullying
Our mission is to create a safe and entertaining environment where fans of all kinds can come together. As such, we have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment of any kind.
Harassment includes, but is not limited to; making unwanted and/or discriminatory advances on the basis of race, creed, color, sex, physical appearance, age, national origin, sexual orientation, disability, pregnancy, veteran status, or any other basis protected by applicable federal or state laws, intimidation, stalking, harassing photography or recording, disruption of events, inappropriate physical contact, unwelcomed sexual attention or other verbal or physical conduct of a discriminatory nature, or by creating an intimidating, hostile, or offensive environment by engaging in such conduct
If you feel you are being harassed, witness someone else being harassed or have any other concerns, please contact a member of the HALL of HEROES staff immediately. HALL of HEROES staff has the ability to contact security or local law enforcement, and can provide police or security escort, or otherwise assist those feeling they have experienced harassment to ensure they feel safe for the duration of the convention.
No individual shall be intimidated, threatened, coerced, or discriminated against for filing a complaint, furnishing information, or for participating in any manner in an investigation or any other activity related to the administration of the laws and regulations and/or this policy to ensure the appropriate treatment of all who come to HALL of HEROES.
HALL of HEROES staff has sole discretion in determining what constitutes harassment under this policy and reserves the right to take immediate action against anyone who violates this policy, up to and including expulsion (with no refund) and possible arrest.
All Attendees, Exhibitors, Sponsors, Associates, and Guests of HALL of HEROES events are also subject to this zero tolerance harassment policy.
Food and Drink
Outside food or drink is prohibited at any HALL of HEROES event.
Allowances for vending food or drink varies from event to event.

Possession of alcohol by anyone under the age of 21 years of age will result in immediate removal from HALL of HEROES without a refund.
Cosplay Is Not Consent
Just because your fellow con-goer is in a costume doesn't mean that they want to be touched, harassed, cat-called or even photographed. Always keep your hands to yourself. If you would like to take a picture of or with another fan, please ask first and respect that individual's answer and respect their level of comfort with the photograph.
Weapons Policy
Weapons are allowed at HALL of HEROES however they will need to be inspected and approved by convention staff upon arrival. Costume props that do not pass security inspection must be returned to your vehicle or hotel room immediately. If your weapon is found without a proper security tag, Security will escort you to the Weapons Check area for inspection. Once your weapon(s) have been inspected, do not remove the tag for any reason.
All weapons must be non-functioning, sheathed, and peace bonded. No functioning projectile weapons of any kind are allowed at Ancient City Con (this includes silly string, nerf, ping pong, etc.)
Weapons must be easily distinguishable from real weapons and must be constructed from safe, lightweight material. Approved materials are rubber, plastic (PVC, worbla, etc.), foam, cardboard, and paper-mâché.
OR
Weapons must be peace bonded and secured in a sheath or holster at all times. Peace bonding is done by Convention Staff at the weapons check area. Each weapon will be checked and tagged by security.
Any weapons that cannot be peace bonded are forbidden, including hammers, bats, scissors (including “safety scissors”), screwdrivers, saws, chains, nun-chucks, brass knuckles, metal claws, and the like. No exposed metal weapons are allowed, such as unsheathed metal swords, knives, or blades of any kind.
Staffs (staves), similar to those found in “Lord of the Rings,” for instance, will be allowed, insomuch as they are used for walking and/or decoration, and not as a weapon. Wooden staffs are allowed, but must be lightweight and may not have any sharpened edges or tips. All staves must be inspected by security. Beards are highly recommended for those carrying staffs.
Keep prop weapons in convention areas. If you leave the premises or go out into public for any reason, please put away all prop weaponry immediately. WE understand but the public may not and better to be safe than sorry or trying to explain this to a Police Officer.
